THE INDIVIDUAL HANDWRITING OF GREAT DESIGNERS

Architecture, art and design

AS FULL OF CHARACTER AS ITS INHABITANTS

The architectural design of Nº3 SCHINKELPLATZ Berlin already promises great things. It was designed by Charlotte Frank and Axel Schultes. And thus by the architects who have already given form and expression to the Federal Chancellery, among other things. The box-like balconies alone, which open up unique views across Schinkelplatz to the new Berlin Palace and Berlin Cathedral as the “View of Berlin”, are a masterpiece of design art. The FRANKONIA Eurobau team, experienced in the luxury segment, is responsible for the spatial planning, the interior design and the furnishing with works of art and designer pieces. Nothing was left to chance in the choice of shapes, colors and materials – right down to the tableware in each apartment. Each of the UNIQUE RESIDENCES has been given its very own personality.

KPM BERLIN ROYAL PORCELAIN MANUFACTORY

The famous porcelain manufactory was founded in 1751 by none other than Frederick the Great. For over 255 years, the company has been handcrafting porcelain of timeless appeal and the highest quality. The tableware, originally of royal origin, can be found in all UNIQUES RESIDENCES from Nº3 SCHINKELPLATZ.

Art by Stephan Kalutza in the surroundings of Nº3 Schinkelplatz in Berlin-Mitte - cultural environment and temporary living in a central location

Stephan Kaluza

Known for his large-format, photorealistic canvases, which depict not only landscapes but also portraits of well-known personalities, Kaluza’s oil paintings impress with their breathtaking precision, which at first glance appear to be photographs. In his photographic works, the trained artist, art historian, philosopher and humanities scholar explores the facets of nature.

Dieter Nuhr

Nuhr is best known in the German-speaking world as a satirist. Nuhr works just as intensively in his original profession as a visual artist. Since 1995, Nuhr has been photographically exploring various cultural and scenic aspects of the world. His pictures are primarily painterly in their composition, coloring and lines, as the documentary always remains in the background. Berlin, the historic capital of his home country, also finds a place in it again and again with its lost locations.
